2023 Longworth 10K

The Longworth 10K uses footpaths and tracks to the North of Longworth, a village about 9M SW of Oxford that lies between the River Thames and the A420. The route of the race is shown in this map:

The race starts at the East end of Longworth village, goes North to the river, follows the Thames Path National Trail westwards from Newbridge to Shifford Lock before climbing up to Hinton Waldrist and then following a bridleway to finish in front of Longworth Manor.

Quinn Miell-Ingram (122, Radley_AC) was the 1st MU18 finishing in a time of 00:33:22. His time equalled the course record set by his brother Rowan in 2021. Rowan's time in 2021 broke the course record of 00:34:33 set by Ian Harkness of Thames H+H in 2001.
